How to Use: Buff, Smoke and Shimmer. Prep the area with a soft matte concealer before buffing the lighter, soft matte shade across the entire lid. Apply the deeper matte shade to the outer corners of the eye and under the lower lid for extra definition. Use the Shimmer shade to add a little brightness by placing it into the tear duct, across the inner lid and under the brow.
