How to Return Items
Online Purchases:
You may return items purchased online within 21 days of receipt. Items must be in original, resalable condition and accompanied by your order confirmation (e.g. packing slip). Please pack your return securely and obtain proof of postage or a tracking number—returns without this cannot be guaranteed.
In-Store Purchases:
Items can be exchanged within 28 days of purchase or refunded within 14 days, provided they are in original condition with proof of purchase.
These instructions are in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Opened, worn, or unsealed items
- Made-to-order, personalized, or altered products
- Goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene once opened (e.g., beauty products, intimates, swimwear)
- Bedding or sleepwear items (e.g., pillows, sheets)
- Gift cards or seasonal items (e.g., holiday decorations)
- Pierced earrings, paper bags, and similar items
Furniture Returns
Furniture bought online may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it’s unassembled, in original packaging, and fit for resale. Note that mattresses and divans cannot be returned once unsealed. Special-order items are non-returnable.
A return courier fee will apply, varying by item and supplier. To initiate a return, prepare your item for collection and request a return via our return portal. Once received and verified, we’ll issue a refund—typically within 14 days of collection.
Pre-Loved Items
Pre-owned items are returnable within 14 days of purchase or delivery. Items must remain in the same condition, with tags and authenticity materials included. Each return is assessed individually; wear that was disclosed at purchase is not grounds for refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed via the original payment method. This can take up to 14 days from notification of return. If the received item differs from what was ordered, we will also refund your return shipping costs.
Electronics Recycling (WEEE)
We accept used electrical items on a one-for-one like-for-like basis in our electrical department. Portable batteries are accepted for return free of charge. You are not required to make a purchase to use this returns service.
